A mixed scheme of 691 student beds and 71 build to rent flats at Steelworks House on Rockingham Street, Sheffield. Consisting of 6 blocks around a central courtyard, R&A installed 5,800m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows and SF 52 fully capped curtain wall, from standing scaffold & mast climbers.
