We began working with Andrew and the former Continental Installations team back in 2007 and for the past 18 months with him and Ray as part of their new venture R & A Installations Ltd. In that time, we have found them to be an honest and professional company.

A 462 bed student scheme in Leicester, R&A installed 4,600m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows and SF 52 fully capped curtain wall. The opening window vents include the Senior Louvre guard feature with an inward opening vent behind a decorative louvre screen.

The windows were installed from standing scaffold & mast climbers

A Student Accommodation scheme with Watkin Jones. This scheme provides a total of 368 bedrooms in new 6 purpose-built accommodation blocks which includes the existing Guard House, repurposed into a social and study area. R&A installed 1,380m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows, from standing scaffold.

The project was completed in 2022.
