A 819 bed scheme ranging from six to ten storeys in height across three buildings. Currently nearing completion we have installed 2,450m² of SPW 600 windows with inward opening vents, an aluminium perforated feature panel was insalled to the external of the opening vent, giving the building a stunning appearance.

To compliment the windows we installed 2,960m² of Senior SF 52 fully capped curtain wall, including full heigh screens with feature panel.

The ground floor doors are Jack Aluminium TD68 commercial door was installed at ground floor all installed to PAS 024 standards with panic and remote access ironmongery, we also installed auto swing and auto slide doors to the commercial units.

Leicester

A 462 bed student scheme in Leicester, R&A installed 4,600m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows and SF 52 fully capped curtain wall. The opening window vents include the Senior Louvre guard feature with an inward opening vent behind a decorative louvre screen.

The windows were installed from standing scaffold & mast climbers

A mixed scheme of 691 student beds and 71 build to rent flats at Steelworks House on Rockingham Street, Sheffield. Consisting of 6 blocks around a central courtyard, R&A installed 5,800m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows and SF 52 fully capped curtain wall, from standing scaffold & mast climbers.

The project was completed in 2022.

Located in the heart of Scotland's capital, Vita Student Iona Street Edinburgh was a challenging project which we delivered for Watkin Jones.

Consisting of four blocks we installed 1,149m² of SPW 600 windows including the Senior louvre guard in front of the opening vents, 381m² of Senior SF 52 fully capped curtain wall including the Jack aluminium commercial door, all to PAS 024 security standards.

Lower Bristol Road

Bristol

A 335 bedrooms student accommodation project (PBSA) . Upon completion, the development will offer 215 cluster flats and 120 studios.

We installed 1,325m² of Senior Aluminium SPW 600 windows and 667m² of Senior SF 52 fully capped curtain wall, the Jack Alumimium TD 68 commerical door was installed to all entrance and exits, all compliant with PAS 024. The plant room and louvre areas we used the Senior SD non thermally broken system.

The openings vents were inward opening and the Senior louvre guard system was installed in front of the opening vents
